  1. Yes, interesting. I'm not surprised - Bush shouldn't have been elected in the first place, but ya know - that's what 'America chose'. Hm. Hm. Hm.

If you voted for that dummy - you should feel guilty.

  2. i'm not a big fan of the electoral college system but the argument over it isn't one of idealism... if the situation was reversed and gore had won the electoral college and bush had won the popular vote every party member on both sides of the aisle would have been barfing up the opposite arguments the last 6 years. on the other hadn, since he was elected the dude has lied, cheated, hoodwinked, obfuscated, and bombed his way into the hearts of the lowest common denomonator... those whose unquestioned and childlike faith in an antiquated dogma teaches them that it's unpatriotic to criticize your war mongering liar of a president. you can only hate the presiden if his crime was lying about getting blown by and intern

  3. That's right, the president's sexual conquests are a matter of national security. What Bush did/is doing, well that's just a minor offense. We shan't be concerned with that.

This country's political arena is just assbackwards.

Patriotism isn't about supporting the President. I can support my country without supporting the actions of it's 'let me sit in this chair for 7 minutes while our country is being attacked' leader. I suppose he had to let the piss dry before reacting.

I'm for the popular vote. It would be difficult to contest a popular vote (unless your in Florida). If 2 people vote for A and one votes for B - A wins.

Gore may not have done a spectacular job but I don't think he would have, forgive my language, sucked ass quite like GW.
